Yes, we primarily offer doorstep repair services in Pune. Our technicians carry specialized tools and common spare parts to fix most issues right at your home. Only in rare cases requiring advanced lab equipment (like panel bonding) might we request to take the TV to our service center, but this will always be communicated transparently first.

Our standard doorstep inspection and fault diagnosis fee is between ₹250 and ₹350. This fee is fully adjusted (deducted) from your final repair bill if you approve the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the inspection fee remains payable for the technician's visit and expert diagnosis.

Yes, we strictly use OEM-grade or original compatible spare parts for all replacements (such as LED strips, power ICs, and motherboards). We provide a written warranty on both the parts and the labor, ensuring long-lasting repairs.

Absolutely. We provide a service warranty on all eligible repairs. The warranty period ranges from 90 days for general component repairs to 6 months for backlight LED replacements. You will receive a service invoice detailing the warranty terms upon completion of the repair.
